Dana has always had a passion for art. She began her art career by drawing but expanded into painting, sculpture, and mixed media while obtaining her BFA at Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Dana is also a graphic artist, having apprenticed under her father for most of her life.

Dana's current work is inspired by folklore and geek culture. Her Geek Chic Shoes takes various fandoms to one of a kind, hand painted shoes for fans to wear with pride. Her canvases blend painting and illustration to create pieces reminiscent of storybooks.
